Refit lighting app

Time to revisit an old project that got abandoned because of a hard drive crash. I honest to goodness am going to finish my Polar Lights 1/350th Enterprise refit model and toward that end, I am going to resurrect my Flash-based build app. I originally planned to use this tool to mark where all the strobe, navigation and spot lights are located on the ship and at what rate they blink.
