Convert favicons online

I occasionally have the need to create favicons—the 16×16 pixel image that appears in the address bar of your browser when you visit a website. But not often enough to pay for a PhotoShop plugin to create them. So I was happy to find iConvertIcons.com, which both sells a plugin for Mac and PC and also allows one to convert an icon online. Just upload your graphic in the appropriate format (I uploaded a PNG), and the website allows you to download the .ICO file in return. Easy peasy!
